1. Creekbed Carter Hogan releases PEASANTS REVOLT

2. Katie Cole’s “Saturn” receives a new video

3. Kevin Coleman’s K.C. Blues enters the roots conversation

A July 24 review spotlights Nashville guitarist-composer Kevin Coleman’s six-track, 40-minute K.C. Blues, released July 17 through Centripetal Force / Ramble Records. 5. Bluegrass veteran Curtis Blackwell dies at 83
